We collect information you submit directly through our forms — for example your name, email, phone number, and company details when you list a business, claim a listing, or verify your role at a business. We do not require an account or collect this information through tracking or analytics scripts.
How we use it
Submissions are used to publish and maintain business listings, verify listing ownership, and respond to your requests. Listing submissions are reviewed by our team before publication.
Third-party services
Form submissions, including any documents you upload, are sent by email to our team and kept on our own hosting for verification purposes. Payment for the Verified Business badge is processed by PayMongo or confirmed manually via GCash. Company location maps are embedded from Google Maps. The third-party services process data under their own privacy policies.
